1. Our General Return Policy (30 Days)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with all tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To start a return, please contact us at service@hemcura.com.
Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.
Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.


2. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period – EU & UK Customers)

If you are a consumer and your order is delivered within the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — for any reason and without explanation.

To exercise this right:

  1. Notify us by email at service@hemcura.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.

  3. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive the goods (or you provide proof of return), we will refund you within 14 days.

Refund includes:

  • The price you paid for the goods; and

  • The standard outbound shipping cost (if applicable).

Return shipping costs:

  • If you cancel for “change of mind”, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, HEMQURA LIMITED
     covers all return costs.


3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at service@hemcura.comwith photos of the issue.

We will replace, repair, or refund the item at no cost to you, in accordance with:

  • The UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and

  • The EU Directive on Consumer Rights, which provides a minimum 2-year conformity guarantee for goods sold in the EU.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery.

  • Custom-made or personalised products.

  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, or gift cards.

If the hygiene seal is intact, you may still exercise your 14-day right to cancel.


5. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the product and place a new order once your return has been approved.


6. Refund Process

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after:

  • We receive the returned goods, or

  • You provide proof of return — whichever occurs first.

Please note that your bank or credit-card provider may need additional days to process the refund.
